Townhomes for Lease
We want to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you. We are Taborwood Townhomes, an Independent Senior Living development located in North Platte, Nebraska at 1200 S. Tabor Avenue. Our residents must be 55 or older or have a spouse who is 55 or older. We do accept Section 8 if you have a voucher.
Taborwood Townhomes’ rent is $755.00 for 2-bedroom units. Income levels are set by the Nebraska Investment Finance Authority (NIFA). Income for a 1 person household cannot exceed $39,060.00 for the year. Income for a 2-person household, income cannot exceed $44,640.00. However, in order to ensure that you can afford the monthly rent; we require that the rent be no more than 30% of your monthly income. (Monthly Income x 30%= how much rent you can afford.)
Water, sewer, trash, lawn maintenance, and snow removal are included in the rent. Each apartment is equipped with a stove, fridge, washer/dryer, and garbage disposal. The Resident pays for electricity, phone, and cable.
We do require a rental application to be on file to determine if you qualify. You may pick up an application at 212 N. Dewey St., North Platte, NE 69101, or request that one be mailed to you. You can also complete an application online by clicking the application button on this page. We will not do any 3rd party verifications until we have an open apartment that we can offer you.
