Rob is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, earning the distinction in 1986. Rob has over 40 years of commercial sales and management experience in North Platte and Western Nebraska. Specialized service is provided in the area’s of build-to-suit, leasing, 1031 property exchanges, land development, and real estate income analysis.
Rob has helped bring many new businesses into North Platte and Western Nebraska, and has been instrumental in developing the I-80 Interchange commerce in Western Nebraska.
Kim assists with all Taborwood Townhome Projects. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and a retired CPS. Kim has many years of experience in Real Estate Management.
Karen manages Westfield Shopping Center and Taborwood Townhomes. She brings over 20 years of banking and commercial investment experience to the company.
Kerrin is our Residential Property Manager. She enjoys helping customers find homes and helping the owners boost their investments.
