Rental Procedure

We have ten convenient locations spread throughout the city, which offer a variety of
sizes to fit every need.

Prospective tenants must come to the Commercial Investment Services office in order to
rent a storage unit.

There is a month-to-month lease agreement that must be reviewed and signed by
tenant and landlord’s agent. Rent for the first month is prorated, we also charge a $15 deposit. Deposits
would be returned if a 30 day notice is given on the first of the month for the month the
tenant will be vacating the unit, all items are removed, no trash is left (there are no trash
facilities available at any storage site that is for use by tenants), and the unit must be swept out.
