Commercial Industrial Complex – 800 Lake Drive, North Platte, NE

The entirety of the property is a single‐level facility. The building is essentially broken into three parts: an office area, a service garage and an additional storage warehouse. There is an entrance for customers near the front of the building. This area has forced air, and the HVAC system is only five years old. The semi‐circular shape is home to eight offices, reception, meeting room, and a concrete vault. As for the shop area, its circular shape is certainly unique.
