Commercial Investment Services is a full service commercial sales and property management company. With over 51 years combined experience, the Company agents are real estate strategists with specialized education and market experience. One of the goals of Commercial Investment Services is to provide assistance through the complexities of commercial investment real estate and property management with professionalism.

In addition we strive to help our clients achieve their objectives in maximizing net worth. I am a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and our office has two of only three CCIM representatives between Eastern Nebraska and Colorado. In order to achieve the CCIM designation, the candidate must go through 200 hours of teaching in order to learn how to maximize our clients returns.  We are strategic investment counselors, which means to our clients that lease contracts offer the best possible terms; consulting projects are thorough, insightful and complete; and we are able to sell commercial and investment properties at the right price, quickly and efficiently. We provide specialized service in the area’s of build to suit, leasing of residential and commercial properties, 1031 property exchanges, land development, and real estate income analysis.
