Rob is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, earning the distinction in 1986. Rob has over 40 years of commercial sales and management experience in North Platte and Western Nebraska. Specialized service is provided in the area’s of build-to-suit, leasing, 1031 property exchanges, land development, and real estate income analysis.
Rob has helped bring many new businesses into North Platte and Western Nebraska, and has been instrumental in developing the I-80 Interchange commerce in Western Nebraska.
Kim manages all of our government projects. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and a retired CPA. Kim has many years experience in real estate management.
Karen manages Westfield Shopping Center and assists in the areas of residential and storage unit management. She brings over 20 years of banking and commercial investment experience to the company.
Cindy manages our residential and storage properties. She enjoys helping the owners boost their investments. Cindy brings 40 years of customer service to Commercial Investment Services.

The CCIM designation is a distinct advantage that is exclusive to only 6 percent of industry professionals. In order to achieve the CCIM designation, the candidate must go through 200 hours of teaching in order to learn how to maximize our clients returns. We are strategic investment counselors.
